As I mentioned in earlier post, this past weekend was our trip to Denver....so for anyone wondering, that is why I haven't been posting on here lately. Don't worry, come tomorrow I will have a new recipe for you. In the meantime, I want to share some of my weekend pictures of what all I did which includes Coffin Races in Manitou Springs and the Broncos game in Denver.
A delicious meal from the European Cafe in Manitou Springs. This was the pork cutlet with potatoes and kraut. I got to tell you too, every bite was delicious and I definitely left full and happy.
The beautiful view of Denver from the mile high stadium. It was so gorgeous.
Packed like you would not believe. I had so much fun!
Of course a beautiful remembrance and celebration of those that have been affected by breast cancer. Brought tears to my eyes as I remember my grandmother I lost 9 years ago from breast cancer. It was a wonderful ceremony.
Jason and I bundled up in the cold. It was so much fun to spend a night out with him in the city. I hope we get to do it again soon.
