I was thinking I would start with three new recipes a week, which means I get to work on six new meals for each of my menus.
Alright, alright....as nerdy as I may sound, I haven't been this excited about something in awhile. I want to stress again that cooking really is such a big passion of mine. So let me flip through the list of meals I shared with you guys earlier and pick a few to start with.
The dinners I will be making will be:
- Beef rib with Yorkshire pudding.
- Gratin of Endive and Ham
- Scallop and corn chowder
- Salmon and cilantro pesto
- Greek Salad
- Tortilla Bean Salad
- Rice pudding
I will post later and share the full menu as well as shopping list and my method of getting it all sorted out.
