Special meals for 10/20-11/3

One of my favorite days out of a two week stretch and I couldn't be more excited since this menu will be shared with everyone, as well as the recipes I pick. So, I am very excited to share with you my menu for the next two week and even share with you my grocery list (minus my house stuff and ect.).
I was thinking I would start with three new recipes a week, which means I get to work on six new meals for each of my menus.

Alright, alright....as nerdy as I may sound, I haven't been this excited about something in awhile. I want to stress again that cooking really is such a big passion of mine. So let me flip through the list of meals I shared with you guys earlier and pick a few to start with. 


The dinners I will be making will be:
  1. Beef rib with Yorkshire pudding. 
  2. Gratin of Endive and Ham
  3. Scallop and corn chowder
  4. Salmon and cilantro pesto
  5. Greek Salad
  6. Tortilla Bean Salad
I will also be making: 
  1. Rice pudding 
*There might be a surprise dessert in here as well ;)

I will post later and share the full menu as well as shopping list and my method of getting it all sorted out.
